"I wanted to drop you a line to let you know something about all of your employees, but one in particular. First off, I will tell you a little bit about myself, I have been riding motorcycles for 38 years, and been self employed for the last 16. I have been in quite a few motorcycle shops over those years, and as a self employed person, understand business better than many. Your shop stands out as an exceptional place, that I have always enjoyed doing business. Much of the time I spend in your place, has been looking for available parts for a 1974 Honda 550-4 I am restoring. Sometimes It takes longer to locate a specific part, than the price of the part might justify. Regardless, your staff has always made me feel like an important customer, and given me the time needed. Here is something really cool, that will no doubt be retold at the many motorcycle events that I attend... I ordered some parts online, with your handy parts locator, and waited for them to arrive. When they came in, I stopped by to pick them up, but do to my misunderstanding, I thought the parts came in sets. They were packaged individually, and as a result, I needed to reorder more parts. Since the parts were very small, I asked if they could save me a trip and just drop them in the mail. They said no problem, and even gave me a discount on the parts. A couple of days later, when the parts came in, I got a call from Bob, asking me if I would like him to drop them off after his shift. This was great news, and I took him up on this offer. When he came by that night, we talked a while, and I showed him my bikes. Then a few days later, one of the parts got damaged in installation, so I needed 1 additional 4 dollar part... Again Bob came by to drop it off between my front door last night, while I was out. Wow !!!That kind of service and dedication is exceptional, and quite well received. I frequently pass along your dealerships name as a great place to do business with. Thanks again ! Jeff"
