Excellent - I Would Buy Another One

I have a winch/plow on mine, and it works excellent for snow. I love the versatility of the transmission. I plan on adding the Warn 424 Select drive on mine to improve turning, and less wear and tear when you don't need 4x4. I think the 2005 with EFI is probably a big improvement. I thought at first that a locking diff. would be preferred, but I have found that to not be true for me. You can buy a Detroit Gearless Locker for these units now, but they do steer very hard. A trick I got off the Internet is that when you get stuck, and one front wheel is spinning, just apply your front brake, as the front diff. is a "torque sensing" diff., and it will switch to the wheel not turning and away you go, without the necessity of a locking differential. The only problem I ever had was a pinched choke cable that I thought was defective from the start. I had it replaced when it finally broke. The new ones now have an improved version. Overall, I would buy another one.

Upgrades/Accessories:  T-1500 winch, and plow mount. I will be adding a Warn 424 Unlocker in the very near future.
